Identification Notes
Prostrate forms grows to 30cm in height (on coastal headlands), while upright shrub grows to 1m height (Eucalypt Forest and Coastal Heath).
Associated Fauna
Ground Parrot habit. Butterfly host plant: Yellow-spot blue, Rayed blue. Native bee-attracting.
Landscaping Notes
Occurs in both a prostrate (groundcover) form and shrub (upright) form. Beautiful flowering plant which prefers sunny well-drained sites. Hardy once established and will flower most of the year. Works well in coastal and cottage - style gardens. Responds well to tip pruning after flowering.
