Leaves 5-7 nerves visible both surfaces.Alternate, simple, entire, often crowded towards the ends of branchlets.||

Landscaping Notes

Propogation is from seed, ripening March-October, being very slow to germinate. Cuttings are also difficult. Grows slowly but reliably if given plenty of water with well-drained soils and will tolerate sun or shade.||Pretty addition to mixed hedge with attractive flushes of pink new foliage.||Successfully propagated by Barung Landcare||
