Identification Notes

Semi-deciduous. ||Leaves alternate (less frequently opposite), compound. 5-9 leaflets. Leaves clustered towards branchlet ends. Aromatic when crushed. Base of petiole distinctly ridged on either side.||First four seedling leaves are trifoliate . ||Trunk: tall straight with mottled grey bark. Leaf scars distinct. ||
